What information do we use?
When you submit a request, we process the information you provide: your name, email address, postcode, optional telephone number and company name, information about your wall, the desired print dimensions and a description of your idea. We also process photos you upload and our subsequent correspondence.
Where possible, upload photos without identifiable people or other personal information that is not needed for your request.
Why do we use this information?
We use your information to assess your request, contact you, discuss the possibilities for your space and prepare a quotation.
When you request a quotation, we process your information to take steps towards a possible agreement. For general enquiries and business contact persons, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering questions and maintaining business relationships.
The required fields are needed to handle your request. Without this information, we may be unable to provide a suitable response or quotation.
Who do we share information with?
Our website is hosted on Framer. We use Tally for our request form. We also receive and handle requests through our email provider.
If a specialist service partner becomes involved in your request or project, we share only the information needed to assess, prepare or carry out the work. We inform you about their involvement.
We do not sell your personal data.

How long do we keep information?
If your request does not result in a project, we delete your request, correspondence and associated photos no later than six months after our last contact. This applies to the information we hold in Tally, email and any local files.
If your request results in a project, retention periods apply for carrying out the work, handling the project and maintaining its administration.

Your rights
